Built different
The showroom shows you the finish. This is the part you're actually buying: the chassis, the shell, and the factory they come out of. Work down through the layers.
01 · The chassis
Under the van is an AL-KO engineered chassis - off-road design, patented drawbar reinforcement and a reinforced A-frame, with ratings up to 4,500 kg ATM and a track record built on Australian conditions.
In plain terms: a proven backbone from Australia's chassis specialists. Hot-dip galvanising is available as an optional upgrade for coastal runs and wet seasons up north.
02 · The body
From the 2025 builds on, the body is a single composite shell rather than a wall stitched together from panels and trim.
In plain terms: lighter and stronger, with fewer joins for water to find over the next ten years of trips.
03 · The factory
Cabinetry and components are cut on our own CNC machines, in the same factory where the van is designed and assembled, not shipped in from a chain of suppliers.
In plain terms: one team owns the whole build, so when you call, there's one number and no hand-passing.
04 · The frame
The structure is timber-free, end to end. Timber is how old vans die: it swells, rots and works loose long before the rest of the build gives up.
In plain terms: nothing in the frame to rot after a summer of corrugations and a winter under a cover.

More than 30,000 New Age vans are already on the road. This is the cover behind them, and the consumer rights that sit over the top of it. No surprises in the fine print.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and this warranty is in addition to those rights. Where your ACL rights are stronger, they prevail.
